The Sand Dunes 2009

This year for Easter break we went camping at the sand dunes. We left on Thursday and stayed till Saturday afternoon. All of Jamie's family was there and one of Jodie's neighbors. The weather was a little iffy but the rains held off until we were headed home on Saturday. We had a great time just hanging out by the fire, eating food, and of course riding the dunes.

Jamie dishing up breakfast.

Goofying off by the fire.

Taking it easy in camp.

The Big Ride to Yonder Dune.

Yonder dune got it name because it's the dune that's way out yonder.

Jeff's ready to go.

Bryan and his new bike.

Reed on top of Yonder Dune looking back toward camp. Camp is at the base of the hill in the background. We are about 5 miles out.

A lone tree out in the middle of the dunes. It's amazing how things can find a place to live.

Check out my new dune buggy!!!

Opps that was a picture from Las Vegas. How did that get in here??
